Agriculture, Food Industry, and Hospitality Industry – the Main Topics of the International Exhibition in Shymkent
November 25-26 Shymkent will host the 1st South Kazakhstan International Exhibition “Equipment and Technologies for food industry” – AgroProm Shymkent 2015.
The exposition will present over 50 companies from Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the UAE, Poland, and Russia.
The exhibition is organised by the Akimat of the South Kazakhstan region, with the active support from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the South Kazakhstan region “Atameken”, and «Ontustik» Industrial zones managing company.
The main sections of AgroProm Shymkent 2015 exhibition are: AGRO – agricultural machinery and equipment, greenhouses, animal husbandry, poultry husbandry, gardening; FOOD – food products, beverages, equipment, and packaging, and HORECA – kitchen and sales equipment and sale automation.
Among the local and foreign exhibitors are companies like “Favorite Techno” with equipment for confectionery and baking industry, RVI Group with milk coolers, confectioneries by “Madlen” and “Rakhat”, packaging for milk products by “Kazpoligraph”, cooling equipment by “Kazpromkholod”, non-alcoholic beverages by “Unix” and “VIZiT”, seaweed caviars by “Kolobok and Co”, flour by “Altyn Dan”, and other producers and suppliers of equipment for agro-industrial complex, manufacturers of livestock products, food products, and beverages, sales equipment, tares, and packaging.
Within the framework of the exhibition the round table “Agro-industrial complex of South Kazakhstan region. Conditions. Trends. Prospects” will be held in which the following issues will be discussed: condition and prospects for development of agro-industrial complex of South Kazakhstan region; overview of food and beverage production sectors of SKR; current financing terms for production of fruit and vegetable products in SKR; new technologies in production and processing of fruit and vegetable products; modern trends in packaging and storage of fruit and vegetable products.
In light of the promising development of the agro-industrial and related sectors in the region and its location on the border with Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, AgroProm Shymkent exhibition is expected to become an important annual event for economic development of the region.
