MACHTEX 2016 Exhibition: Welcome to the fashion industry
On October 27 - 28 Kazakhstan International Exhibition and Forum “Goods and Equipment for Textile Industry” - MACHTEX-2016 will take place in Shymkent.
The organiser of the event is the Local Administration of South Kazakhstan region, with the support of the Ministry of Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, “National Export and Investment Agency “KAZNEX INVEST” JSC, “Ontustik” SEZ, “Association of Light Industry Enterprises of the RK” ALE, the Union of Light Industry of the RK.
Machtex 2016 is the only specialized event in Kazakhstan devoted to the textile industry. The exhibition will be attended by over 50 companies from 9 countries: Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan and Japan. It is expected that this year more than 2,000 industry professionals will participate in the event.
The exhibitors of Machtex will present equipment for the textile industry, fabric and accessories, special clothing for industrial companies, maintenance service uniforms, school uniforms, national clothes, children’s and home textiles, carpets, men’s and women’s clothing.
The extensive business program of the exhibition includes the presentation of the latest digital versatile equipment, industrial sewing machines, as well as the events of Fuji Logistics, dedicated to the opening of the warehouse Juki and the presentation on “Introduction to the Activities of Juki Sewing Research Institute (Japan)”, where direct dialogue with the representatives of the factories on labour optimization and improvement of sewing production efficiency will be held.
The International Forum “Development of Light Industry of Kazakhstan in the Current Economic Conditions” will be held on October 27, 2016. During the Forum the questions about the prospects of development of the light industry in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the impact of the light industry on the development of Kazakhstan as a whole will be elaborated, a new approach to training specialists in the sphere of fashion design, as well as the investment potential of the textile industry and positive experience of the industry development in foreign countries will be reviewed.
