AgroWorld Kazakhstan 2017 will present the key trends of the agro-industrial complex
From November 1 to 3 one of the most significant exhibitions for the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan - the 12th Central Asian International Exhibition AgroWorld Kazakhstan 2017 – “Agriculture” will be held in Almaty.
The leading manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and products of the agro-industrial complex from 17 countries of the world: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine will take part in the exhibition.
The annual development of the exhibition is dictated by the increased demand for quality products of the agro-industrial complex. At present, the exposition area of the exhibition has grown by 17% compared to last year. For the first time the South Korean companies will participate with a collective stand presenting seeds for the fruit and vegetable industry. The area of the stands of the Italian Association of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers and Agro-Industrial Enterprises Cermac and Advice&Consulting has doubled and will demonstrate more companies interested in the potential of the agricultural sector of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Along with the exhibition, the thematic sections are developing. The poultry industry remains the main section. This sector is represented by such companies as TEXHA, Hellmann Poultry, Zucami, Facco, Marel, Pas Reform, Meyn. This year, after a short absence AgroWorld Kazakhstan 2017 will again present the exposition of the Turkish poultry companies Kutlusan, Emre Pilic, Aytav. For the first time, the Chinese company Big Herdsman enters the market.
The exhibition will traditionally be attended by the various delegations of professionals. In particular, more than 60 industry experts from the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as more than 20 farmers from Almaty region are expected to arrive this year. The arrival of delegations is organized within the framework of the Buyer’s program, which has already shown its effectiveness at the exhibitions of previous years.
In addition to the extended exposition, the event will present an extensive business program, within the framework of which the dialogue between the representatives of state bodies, financial institutions and key market players will be held.
The program will cover the themes as the trends and potential of the fruit and vegetable industry in Kazakhstan, the possibilities of exporting products, work with retailers, as well as the global business experience. In particular, “Agrarian Credit Corporation” is planning to present financing mechanisms for the development of the fruit and vegetable business.
The state makes an important and significant contribution in the framework of the concept of the State Program for the Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex for 2017-2021 and the program of industrial and innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2019. In particular, the programs envisage a targeted export policy to promote food products to foreign markets and reduce the share of imports through the increase of exports by 17%. Therefore, the exhibition program sets out the presentation of tools to arrange export deliveries of agricultural products from the representatives of competent state bodies. This topic is especially relevant in the framework of the agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union. The only sector of the manufacturing industry that showed growth in all EEU states was the production of food, beverages and tobacco (an increase by 0.8% in Kazakhstan).
Taking into account the high potential for the development of import substitution in the production of fruit and vegetable products, as well as the further development of retail trade in the cities of Kazakhstan, the business program of AgroWorld Kazakhstan 2017 will include the speech of the speaker from one of the largest supermarkets in Kazakhstan, who will tell us about the working conditions of fruit and vegetable producers with large retail chains.
The exhibitions KazUpack 2017 – “Packaging, Tare, Label and Printing”, WorldFood Kazakhstan 2017 – “Food Industry”, HOREX 2017 – “Everything for Hotels, Restaurants, Supermarkets” and ColdChain Kazakhstan 2017 “Cold Storage, Transportation and Cold Chain Services” will be held in parallel with AgroWorld Kazakhstan.
