InterFood Astana creates a platform for communication of all participants of the food industry
Traditionally, the 20th Kazakhstan International Exhibition for Food Industry InterFood Astana 2018 will be held in Astana at the international exhibition center “Korme” on May 29-31, 2018. The event is organized by Iteca together with its international partner ITE Group Plc (UK).
More than 80 companies from eleven countries of the world, such as Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, China, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, confirmed their participation in this year’s exhibition InterFood Astana.
More than 27% of exhibitors are Kazakhstan companies representing almost all regions of the republic, 20% - representatives of the entities of the Russian Federation, 12% - of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, further – the companies from Belarus, Uzbekistan and Korea.
For the first time, the Agency for Restructuring of Agricultural Enterprises of Uzbekistan and the Agency for Promotion and Protection of Investments of the Kyrgyz Republic participate in the exhibition InterFood Astana.
The exposition will display confectionery and bakery equipment, refrigeration and trade equipment, equipment for processing of fruit and vegetables. In addition, confectionery, fat-and-oil and macaroni products, sausages and meat products, preserves, juices, jams will be presented.
Also in the exposition there are companies supplying spices, ingredients, snacks and dried fruit.
In the “Packaging” section modern packaging technologies, equipment and materials for both large and small industries, as well as filling and packaging lines for trade and public catering enterprises will be presented.
In addition to the latest equipment, there are also offers of the previously used ones. There are also the companies that offer auxiliary equipment, components and maintenance services.
Traditionally, the largest producers and suppliers of confectionery and bakery equipment, such as “Voskhod”, “Makiz-Ural”, "Favorit Techno" and the debutant of the exhibition – “Vitex-Service” LLC, traditionally participate in the exhibition.
In the section “Pastry” the well-known manufacturers as Montbruk (Belarus), Alacon (Kazakhstan), Madlen-KZ (Kazakhstan), Dobryi pekar’ (Kazakhstan), Zavod Aleshina (Russia), Krember (Uzbekistan), Confectionery Burkut ( Turkmenistan) and many others will take part.
Among the debutants of the project there are the companies as Akvadiv, Gabala Canning Factory Gilan, Zond Pak, Kuban Cheese Company, Belavezha delicacies, NMEDOV, PTI Group, Sigma, Russian Resource Company - Siberia, Zavod Skandinaviya and others.
Within the framework of the exhibition InterFood Astana 2018, a traditional professional contest-tasting of food and beverages “Traditions of Quality” will take place. By participating in the tasting contest, the manufacturers confirm the quality of the products with special marks of distinction, which increases the level of consumers’ trust in their products.
On the first exhibition day, direct meetings of exhibitors with representatives of retail chains, supermarkets, distributors and wholesalers will take place.
On the second working day of the exhibition, on May 30, the group of companies “Scandi” will invite the owners of shopping facilities to participate in the conference on the theme: “Ways to Improve the Efficiency of the Retail Store."
